About Lindsay
Dr. Lindsay Berard, C. Psych (Cand), CMPC is a performance clinician and intuitive leader whose work blends mental health, high performance, and organizational culture together. She is known for her ability to hold depth and strategy in the same space- helping individuals, teams, and leaders navigate complexity with clarity, courage, and steadiness.
Lindsay works with everyday humans, high-performance athletes, and professionals in demanding environments. Her hybrid clinical and sport psychology approach recognizes the relationship between individual experiences, interpersonal dynamics, and systemic pressures. She helps clients build insight, strengthen emotional and behavioural skills, and move through challenge with intention. Clients describe her as warm, grounding, and someone who creates a space where people feel deeply seen and understood.
She currently serves as the Mental Health & Performance Lead for Wheelchair Basketball Canada and the Sport Psychology Lead for Bison Athletics, supporting national athletes, university teams, and integrated support staff. In leadership and corporate settings, Lindsay is a thoughtful but formidable problem-solver- brought in to bridge gaps, support difficult conversations, and strengthen communication and culture.
Lindsay has contributed to the development of innovative mental health and performance programs, including digital models designed to enhance connection and community. Her doctoral research introduced a new framework for mental health self-reliance, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, human-centred practice across all areas of her work.

Clinical services at The Mind Lab Collective are provided by Dr. Lindsay Berard, C. Psych (Candidate), under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Chaulk, C. Psych.
Virtual and in-person sessions are offered at 100–105 Fort Whyte Way, a calm and grounding space located beside FortWhyte Alive.
