Clinical mental health support at The Mind Lab Collective offers a steady, structured space to slow down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.

Many people reach out only when the weight of stress, anxiety, or past experiences becomes too heavy to carry alone. Our work focuses on building clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable skills that help you feel more grounded and capable in your day-to-day life.

Who I work with

I support adults, athletes, high performers and executives navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, panic, and worry

  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress symptoms

  • Burnout, stress and emotional exhaustion

  • Low mood, irritability, and overwhelm

  • Difficulty regulating emotions

  • Perfectionism and high self-expectation

  • Relationship and family stress

  • Work-related strain or leadership pressure

  • Identity transitions and seasons of change (parenting, career, leadership)

Many of the people I work with are used to managing a lot on their own. Therapy offers a grounded space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build the skills needed for long-term well-being.

My approach

My clinical approach blends evidence-based treatment with a deep understanding of high-performance environments. Therapy is structured, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that stability creates space for growth.

Depending on your needs, we may work with:

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy

  • DBT-based emotional and behavioural skills

  • Trauma-focused therapy, including exposure-based work

  • Grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Values and strengths-based interventions

  • Tools for managing anxiety, panic, and physiological distress
